Use it at your own risk. It's very unstable, and unpolished, and slower than v7, and I can't think of a single reason to upgrade to it yet! Maybe things will get better in future releases of v8.

If you are consumer you may not know that in order for a company to make BlackBerry apps, it must apply for “code signing keys ” from RIM.
